20-sysctl-reg-fix.patch

I just noticed, that dynamic sysctl registering is not working with 2.0.30, because of a bug in sysctl.c. This fixes it. Another problem is that under /proc/sys i get duplicated directory entries (same inode) after registering another ctl_table...
